Cannot find Can Customize Toolbars in Options under View menu due to moved.
Cause:
The 'Can Customize Toolbars' option functionality has been renamed 'Allow Toolbar Changes' and moved to the 'Startup...' command under the 'Tools' menu.
Solution:
To allow changes to toolbars in Access 7.0, use the 'Startup...' command under the 'Tools' menu, and select the 'Allow Toolbar Changes' check box.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Startup...'. (The Startup dialog box appears.)
2) Select the 'Allow Toolbar Changes' check box.
